Summer just FLEW right past us! We were busy with different activities and really enjoyed our time together with family and friends. The kids were not ready for school to start until just the week before when we got all their supplies and a few new outfits. Reality started to set in and they started to miss their friends.
Kalyn is in Mrs. Gibson's 3rd grade class and Sheldon is in Mrs. Ramsey's 1st grade class this year. Chesnee, Kalyn's best friend, is in the same class this year so Kalyn has had a MUCH better attitude about going to school. None of Sheldon's friends are in his class this year so he was a bit upset when I had to leave. I know he will make new friends quickly and he will feel better soon. Ricky and I are so proud of Kalyn and Sheldon and pray they will be good role models to their friends. Here's to a GREAT year!!
