Sheldon loves to hunt, obviously. He looks out the window regularly to see if there are birds or squirrels in the yard then he is often seen rushing to get his bb gun. Sometimes he will come back inside holding some kind of bird ever so proudly...ughhh! The other morning he woke up, looked out the window and ran outside in his boxer shorts and boots with his gun in hand...it was so funny and cute! I figured he wouldn't appreciate me taking me a picture of him, but I will forever have that image in my mind!
Last night Daddy Ricky took Sheldon rabbit hunting and he loved it! Kalyn and I laid outside in the hammock and she could hear many shots from the distance. About 30 minutes after dark the boys came back and Sheldon was holding a rabbit in his hand. Ricky said Sheldon was determined to kill that rabbit which they followed for a long while...ha! Hard work and perseverance does pay off and now we have a rabbit in our refrigerator ready to be eaten. We'll see how I like it...if I can stomach it!
