Fun with the kids in Austin

Kalyn and Sheldon went with me to my 30 week OB check-up in Austin this morning. They really enjoyed getting to hear Ryder's heartbeat again. After that we met up with my mom, aunt and grandmother at Hobby Lobby for a little bit then went on to Old Navy and Target to finish up our back-to-school shopping for clothes. We found everything we needed just in time for lunch so the three of us went to Taco Cabana..YUM! I had promised Sheldon that I would take him to Game Stop after we had finished our shopping so that he could buy a couple games he really wanted with his money. Kalyn found a game she wanted also for her DS so they were both happy. Since we were in the arboretum I decided to treat all of us to ice cream at Amy's which was so good! The kids thought it was a really neat place with all the waterfalls and cow statues to climb on. They thought it was "cool" that mommy hung out around there with friends back in high school. HA! As we headed out I decided to drive through my old neighborhood to show the kids where I grew up and they really enjoyed that. It was an AWESOME day...I love you Kalyn and Sheldon!
