Cows and Mud!

Our cows have become more tame! They have recently started to stay close by around the house. I don't know if its because they know we have cubes in the shed for them or they just like being close to us! The kids continue to enjoy feeding them several times a week and they seem to enjoy our company as well. One of the heifers will even let me scratch her forehead and neck!

On a different note...

Ricky is a great dad. Here is what I found him doing with the kids outside yesterday...playing in the MUD!! He helped Kalyn and Sheldon dig a tank, got the hose and filled up the tank with water, and then he laid down on the ground and just played with them. The kids loved it and I know it will be a good memory for them when they are all grown up. We are so blessed!
