Lets go riding!!!

Our good friends from church, the Warrens, invited us and the Williams over for some fun this evening. All our kids are good friends and play really well together. Kalyn and Sheldon were so excited and had been looking forward to this all day. Tarrin works with horses for a living so we got to ride one of her horses as soon as we got there. Kalyn was in heaven...she loved every minute of it and did a great job. It took her a little while to gain her confidence enough to let the horse trot around the ring. Kenna and Cohen both got to ride as well and really enjoyed it. THEN this pregnant momma got on the horse too! Yep, I did! Tarrin told me she rode her horses when she was pregnant with her two boys and that some women have been known to start labor after riding horses. So I thought why not?! I trust Tarrin and I had ridden horses enough before to know what to do. I'll tell you that the hardest part was getting on and off , but once I was on the horse, it was GREAT! It had been a long time and it felt so good...and I was having contractions too the whole time!! :o) Unfortunately, they didn't continue for me to go into labor. OH WELL! The dads and boys had fun shooting bows, guns, and whatever else they did. It was a great evening of fellowship with great friends...thanks Warren family!!!
