Anyway, the holiday open house one night was fun because each grade level had different activities going on which centered around a specific Christmas story or movie. Sheldon and his buddies did a short performance of "'Twas the Night Before Christmas" then enjoyed hot chocolate and sugar cookies. Sheldon was really excited about this play and he did wonderful. Kalyn's group did "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" and had several fun things going on as well. They did the play, some singing, and some arts and crafts. It was a fun night.

A few days later, this morning actually, the kids had their Christmas parties on the last day before the break. I was in charge of Kalyn's class party which kept me pretty busy, but I was able to sneak out and be with Sheldon too during his party. Both kiddos had a great time and were so READY to get out of there when all was said and done. Now lets bring on some good times with family!!
