Happy Halloween!!

Since the kids are with their dad this weekend for Halloween, we had our own little party on Thursday evening. We had a blast!! Mimi and I dressed up with the kids (Ricky did too for about 20 minutes before he got too hot). Mimi was a witch and I was a farm girl. Kalyn decided to dress up as a baby and Sheldon was a cowboy. Ricky was "supposed" to dress up as a hunter, but didn't last long~ha! We painted our faces and the kids really got a kick out of that. Mimi and I made homemade pizza and we also had caramel popcorn balls and Halloween cupcakes for dessert. After supper we took the kids trick-or-treating at two houses down the road from us (relatives who are also our neighbors). It was a fun night and I am so glad we planned it!
