1st Grade Field Trip...Pioneer Farms

Kalyn and Sheldon had their field trips on the same day!! While I was with Kalyn in College Station, Mimi was with Sheldon for his field trip. She met the buses in Austin and they were off for a day of lots of walking and exploring! I remember very well from being there just two years ago with Kalyn's class. Sheldon and his classmates got to see what the "pioneer days" were like and how they lived. They had different dwellings, outhouses, blacksmith shops, etc. Mimi said Sheldon had lots of fun although it was really HOT and DUSTY out there. A BIG thank you to Pat/Mimi for taking my place so that Sheldon would have someone with him!
